1. Introduction

a) This document (“Terms and Policy”) governs the use of the website and any associated online platforms or sales channels (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) owned and operated by NIKKOO FMCG PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “Nikkoo FMCG” or “the Company”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 having its Corporate Identification Number (CIN): U46909UP2025PTC231863 and registered office at: Sri Radhey Shyam, Ram Jankinagar Shahpur, Basharatpur, Gorakhpur – 273004, Uttar Pradesh, India.

b) The Company sells its products directly and through authorized e-commerce partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other approved platforms.

c) This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, as applicable, along with any amendments made thereto. It does not require any physical or digital signatures.

d) For the purpose of these Terms, wherever the context so requires, “You”, “User”, or “Customer” shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses, browses, or makes any purchase through the Platform. The terms “We”, “Us”, and “Our” shall refer to Nikkoo FMCG Private Limited.

e) By using the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable policies. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Nikkoo FMCG Private Limited.

To use or register on the Platform, You must be competent to contract within the meaning of Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” under the Act (including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc.) are not eligible to use or register on the Platform.

All rights to upload, post, or modify content on the Platform are reserved solely for Nikkoo FMCG Private Limited. 10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to sole arbitrator chose by Nikkoo FMCG. The courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
